Hate mail, advice on how I should run my business and opinions on what I should or shouldn't be putting in my newsletter is screened and I don't get it.

Requests are always handled immediately.

And most certainly if you ordered and something went wrong we always help. If you didn't hear from me or a volunteer then the email bounced or your subject line was vague and considered spam. Many times, bounced emails are forwarded to me and I try them from another address but many times they bounce back again. And so far, just about everyone who has written me snail mail, when I try to email you they are bouncing. So please don't think you are being ignored.

If you signed up for the newseltter or wrote me and you have an opt in spam screen, we cannot answer all of those so you must add the addresses teresa@howtoteachscience for your newsletter and howtoteachscience_team (at) yahoo (dot) com if you write to us.

Subject lines like- my order, can't download, for Teresa, need a favor, why don't you write etc are dismissed as spam because those are also the subject lines of most spam for me. So please be specific and put the name of the item in the subject line. Blank subject lines are deleted. If you don't get an answer in 1 week, write again and include a phone number. I want you to know that I take emails seriously and always work to respond. Thankies!
